Katie is a leading Personal Trainer specialising in Body Composition training and Mat Pilates which forms the foundation of her training method. Her passion for nutrition as well as her attention to the participant's stress management and overall wellbeing leaves clients feeling like all areas of health have been accounted for.
Tristan is a gym owner and Personal Trainer of 10 years. Tristan prioritises tough yet enjoyable workouts and pain-free movement, with the goal of achieving balance and whole-body strength. With qualifications spanning Animal Flow, boxing, kettlebells, strength and conditioning, pre/post-natal, HIIT, TRX and Functional Movement Screening, Tristan really is an all-rounder.
Olia is a former Olympian representing Australia in Synchronised Swimming with 10-plus years in high performance sport, corporate health and wellness and a degree in Sport Science. Olia’s Stretch Circuit Training Method emphases stretching and flexibility techniques with a hybrid of Stretch, Barre, Pilates and Body Conditioning to enhance health and improve quality of life.
Danny comes from a sports and Remedial Therapy background and is also a musical theatre performer. Specialising in strength and conditioning, Danny helps build muscles for an easier and stronger day to day, backed up with Boxing HIIT for extra sweat.
Jodie is a qualified Personal Trainer specialising in female training, strength and conditioning, fat loss and partner training. Jodie has a reputation for being a transformational coach helping clients live a more empowered life by improving their health through personal and motivational support.
Caren has over 15 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor after competitively representing Queensland in Cross Country and Hockey and Australia in Water Polo. Understanding how different each client is and how to adapt her diverse knowledge and experience to suit, Caren places emphasis on functional core-based strength workouts using bands, TRX, kettlebells and bodyweight.
Katie is passionate about health and wellbeing and has experienced first-hand just how life altering the practices of yoga and meditation can be. Trained in Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Restorative Yoga as well as mediation and mindfulness, Katie offers a wide variety of styles customisable to the students and preferences.
Katie is available to lead yoga practice on the amphitheatre or in the case of inclement weather, in one of the event spaces within the Grand Room, on level 1, The Calile Hotel.
