Rooftop Harvest: The rooftop garden has had a generous season, so we turned to our neighbours, the chefs, sommeliers and tastemakers of the precinct, to help us share it.
For one night only, Meet the Masters transforms Ada Lane into an alfresco dining room. A long table beneath subtropical trees and a menu built from what’s been growing above the hotel.
Sea Forest joins us too, bringing produce grown with their innovative Seafeed based on Asparagopsis, a native seaweed cultivated by Sea Forest shown to reduce methane emissions in livestock.
Each course is introduced by the chef or sommelier who created it. An intimate evening of food, flavour, conversation and community.
