We are committed to supporting our community through our ongoing charitable commitments. For every night a guest stays at The Calile, we will donate $5 to support local charities and organisations making a difference in our community.
We are surrounded by good people doing great things. Talented people doing brilliant things. We want to support and empower that, because each and every one of them makes our community a better place to live and visit. It enriches us all when we support each other.
We are dedicated to doing so via our ongoing charitable commitment – we donate $5 from every night a guest stays with us to local charities and organisations making a difference. That’s every night for every room, 365 days a year.
During April, May and June, we are working with Sealy Australia to raise funds and donate beds for Micah Projects. Micah Projects is a local charity that are tireless in supporting those most in need of housing, healthcare, support, safety, justice, and meaningful connection.
Guests that stay from April to June are quite literally sleeping for charity. Every night you sleep comfortably in one of our Sealy beds during this time, you are helping us to supply Sealy beds to those most in need, so they can in turn get a safe night’s sleep. Every night a guest stays with us we will contribute $5 to manufacture and purchase beds in partnership with Sealy.
We encourage guests to donate too. To help us reach our goal of 350 beds for those with nowhere to sleep, please consider matching our contribution of $5 per night to your stay. It’s a simple as adding a contribution when booking, or contacting reception once checked in to pledge support.
Help us and Sealy make beds both for you and those who need of a safe and clean place to sleep.
