To set your mind at ease we want you to know that in response to COVID-19, we are working with health authorities and adhering to public health updates to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and team and to help “flatten the curve”.
The safety and well-being of our guests is always our top priority. Thorough hygiene and housekeeping standards are being observed with increased measures implemented during this time with particular attention being paid to all high-volume touchpoints in your room – like your remote control, light switches, telephones and toilets to name a few.
Right now, your arrival and departure experience look a little different to usual. We have added questions about travel to your registration card and we have changed our cash-handling procedures on check-out. In addition, after you leave us, we ask that you contact us if your health status changes.
Hellenika, SK Steak and Oyster and Lobby Bar have closed with takeaway coffee available from Lobby Bar and In-Room Dining available in the sanctuary of your room. Poolside food and beverage service has also ceased at this time.
While the gym and Kailo Medi-spa is closed, our gorgeous outdoor pool remains open with distancing measures put in place which will be monitored by the hotel team.
We will look after you and we ask that you also look after yourself and those around you. Common symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, cough, sore throat, tiredness and shortness of breath. If you feel unwell, please contact the Coronavirus Hotline set up by the Australian Government Department of Health on 1800 020 080 and follow their advice. Then please phone reception and let us know – we are here to help.
