We are committed to supporting our community through our ongoing charitable commitments. For every night a guest stays at The Calile, we will donate $5 to support local charities and organisations making a difference in our community.
We are surrounded by good people doing great things. Talented people doing brilliant things. We want to support and empower that, because each and every one of them makes our community a better place to live and visit. It enriches us all when we support each other.
We are dedicated to doing so via our ongoing charitable commitment – we donate $5 from every night a guest stays with us to local charities and organisations making a difference. That’s every night for every room, 365 days a year.
During February and March, we are supporting the supremely talented not-for-profit arts organisation, Australasian Dance Collective (ADC), read more about them below and be sure to catch a show if you can.
We invite guests staying with us to join us in our support for ADC – when making a booking, it’s as simple as adding a contribution to ADC to support this most exciting creative dance company.
AUSTRALASIAN DANCE COLLECTIVE (ADC) – February & March

So more than a dance ensemble, ADC is a true collective with a multi-armed and trans-generational approach featuring five core foundations: 1) the ‘Company’ is an extraordinary ensemble of six professional dancers; 2) a Youth Ensemble for young dancers aged 14-19; 3) a Mature Ensemble with no age limit; 4) a Pre-Professional Program to progress new talent; and 5) a First Collective Residency with BlakDance to support established and emerging First Nations choreographers and dancers.
